We are currently recruiting a reliable Relief Security Officer, to work at a variety of static sites, across the Newport, Cardiff, Bridgend and Llantrisant areas.
Duties:
- Ensure the protection of staff, visitors and property of the site.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect any signs of intrusion.
- Follow site specific assignment instructions.
- Investigate disturbances and incidents, and report any findings.
- Escort and assist visitors upon instruction.
- Respond to alarms and calls for assistance.
- To ensure a courteous and efficient service to users of the service at all times.
Requirements:
- Hold an SIA License (door supervisor or security guard)
- Driving License is essential
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Experience in security work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lone work
- A flexible attitude
- A driving licence is essential
Times of Work:
This role is to cover holidays, sickness, and temporary contracts at various locations each week. Covering 12 hour shifts, Monday -Sunday, (Usually 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am).
WEEKLY PAY
Candidates must hold a current SIA License. You must also be able to provide a full checkable 5 year work or back to school history.
