Position: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: £12.71 to £15.00 per hour + Tips dependant on age and experience

Now, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Supervisor to step up, lead shifts, and help us keep the magic happening!
The Role
As our Senior Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our floor operations. You won't just be running shifts—you’ll be setting the energy, leading by example, and ensuring every guest walks out with a massive smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Floor: Run busy, vibrant shifts from start to finish with confidence and composure.
- Manage & Inspire: Direct, support, and motivate the team on shift, keeping energy levels high and standards crisp.
- Champion the Guest Experience: Proactively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure everyone has an awesome time.
- Problem Solve: Handle any guest feedback or shift hiccups calmly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
- Operations & Compliance: Assist with opening/closing duties, stock management, and maintaining high hygiene/safety standards.
About You
- Experienced: You have at least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (pub, restaurant, cafe, or bar).
- Guest-Obsessed: You live for creating brilliant moments for customers and know what top-tier service looks like.
- A Team Player & Leader: You’re approachable, clear in your communication, and love helping junior staff grow.
- Cool Under Pressure: Busy Friday nights don't intimidate you—they energise you!
- Reliable & Proactive: You take pride in your work, spot what needs doing, and take ownership.
