Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and hospitality establishment. Duties
- Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, cellar management, order supplies, and control inventory to minimise waste
- Organise staff rotas, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance
- Serve drinks confidently and professionally, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold high service standards
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen or hospitality teams to ensure seamless operations.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment
- Prior experience in managing a bar or similar hospitality setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively

Salary range dependant on experience.
Pay: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
