Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves engaging with customers, managing service areas, and supporting the overall operation of our establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests with courtesy
- Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Restock supplies and ensure the service area is well-presented at all times
Skills
- Experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Previous restaurant experience or barista experience is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the team
