We're looking for a barista and bar staff to join our growing team. Applicants must be able to work under pressure in a busy environment, they'll be expected to work weekends, bank holidays, summer and the festive period.
This role would be for Saturdays and Sundays on rotation working either 9-4pm or 4-11pm on Saturdays and 10-4pm Sundays. With opportunities to cover other shifts throughout the week.
Daily duties include:
- Taking food and drink orders from our guests
- Making coffee
- Preparing food
- Working in a kitchen Preparing and serving food throughout the day
- Serving customers food and beverages
- Have knowledge in weights and measures
- Knowledge dispensing and serving draught products, spirits, wines, cocktails and soft drinks
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our guests
- General day to day running of the bar - making fresh cocktails, coffee and other beverages.
- Keeping the cafe/bar clean and tidy
