We are looking for an unqualified Trainee Nursery Practitioner to join the Little Angels team at our settings across Cardiff. You will study for your NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare & Development while working and earning.
As a Flying Start setting, we provide up-to-date, high-quality training and first-hand experience in child development, alongside an extensive professional development programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a positive role model, supporting children through praise and guided learning
- Deliver planned learning activities, adapting for individual needs
- Observe and record children’s development using company documentation
- Complete daily activity and routine records, communicating progress to parents/carers
- Build strong, professional relationships with parents/carers
- Monitor children’s health and wellbeing
- Support settling-in sessions and act as a key worker where appropriate
- Help create a stimulating, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Report maintenance or equipment issues to the Deputy Setting Leader
- Ensure daily communication and information is shared with parents/carers
