The Role & Key Responsibilities
You will be providing high-quality care and clinical support to adult clients with complex needs. Your daily duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Respiratory Support: BiPAP management, oral suctioning, nebulisers, and oxygen saturation monitoring
- Nutritional Care: Managing PEG feeding systems
- General Health & Mobility: Safe medication administration, stoma care, and manual handling/hoisting
Requirements
- Compassionate Nature: A dedicated, kind, and patient approach to care
- Reliability: Commitment to your scheduled shift patterns
- Experience: Prior experience in complex care, PEG feeding, or clinical support is highly advantageous (though comprehensive training is provided)
- Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship at this time)
