Role is based within Glasgow, Scotland – Covering areas within Central Belt
Hours: 40 hours per week, working hours range between 6.30am-4.30pm, depending on work load some weekends and evenings may be required.

- MUST have full clean driving license
- Supervisory experience ESSENTIAL.
- Experience in ALL ASPECTS OF WINDOW CLEANING AND WORKING AT HEIGHTS is an advantage.
- Starting at £36,400 per annum, dependant on experience

Will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Ensure Cleaning is provided to standards required by contract
- Supervising staff and organising work load.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing as required.
- Delivering training to staff.
- Develops, attracts, retains and motivates an effective and unified team
- Involve employees in decisions that affect them and giving them a voice in the business and recognising achievements
- Operating in the best interests of the business at all times
