The successful candidate will work closely with the workshop and service advisors to ensure customers receive the best possible service and experience of our service department. You will be responsible for greeting customers as they bring their vehicles in, advising them on the checking in process, parking their vehicle in the required position in the yard and handing vehicles back over to customers when complete.

We are looking for a hardworking, presentable individual with excellent organisation and customer service skills. You must be self-motivated, dedicated and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in their vehicles upon arrival
- Assist customer with checking in process including recording images of vehicles
- Parking customers vehicles in required areas ready for work
- Organisation of yard, ensuring all vehicles are parked efficiently and the area is kept clean and tidy
- Assisting in moving of vehicles when required
- Collection and delivery of vehicles
- Retrieving customers vehicle and handing over following work completion
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure that within the area of operation all company and trade associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met. All statutory requirements, including trading standards, fire, health and safety, must always be adhered to.
Essential Criteria
- Previous driving experience
- Class 2 Drivers licence.
- No more than 6 points on driving licence
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
- Professional manner
- Hard working with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to self-motivate
- Organised work ethic
Desirable Criteria
- Previous main dealer experience
- Previous yard experience
- Class 1 Drivers licence.
