We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our management team on a part-time, job-share basis.
This could be a great opportunity for an experienced pub or hospitality manager looking for a management position with fewer hours and more flexibility.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in pubs, bars or hospitality
- Confident leading and motivating a team
- Passionate about great customer service
- Hands-on and happy to get stuck in
- Organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
- Flexible to work a mixture of evenings and weekends
You’ll work alongside our management team, sharing responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pub and taking charge when required.
Previous supervisory or management experience is essential.
A Personal Licence would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
