Brighton Palace Pier are seeking experienced bar staff to work in Horatio's bar. Cocktail experience is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and adhere to any request or needs.
serve exquisite cocktails and to present them in a classy fashion.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and the seating areas this includes glass collecting table cleaning.
Please note that all information gathered during the selection process will be added to your application file. We are often inundated with applicants and so if you are not ultimately successful in your application and not contacted all details you have provided will be stored on site on encrypted computer for a period of three weeks and then destroyed.
