Job Overview
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our dealership’s sales operations.
This is a key role within the business, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of vehicle sales, maintaining essential documentation and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately process vehicle orders, invoices and associated documentation within required timeframes.
Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and compliant.
Organise and manage all paperwork relating to vehicle sales, including contracts, registration documents and correspondence.
Support sales initiatives by assisting with data analysis, reporting and administrative tasks.
Maintain clear, accurate and well-organised records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a sales administration or dealership administration role is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as experience using CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
A customer-focused approach, with previous customer service experience beneficial.
Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience
A minimum of one year’s experience in automotive sales or service administration is required.
