Responsibilities
- Travel between various event locations or designated areas to provide consistent, high-quality beverage service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, especially in bartending roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and authentically.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and measuring ingredients.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks across multiple locations or events.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move swiftly for extended periods in various environments.
