Client Services Advisor
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Client Services Advisor to join our growing team.
This is a service-led role with a sales element. You’ll speak with people who have already expressed an interest in our services, take the time to understand their circumstances and help them through the next steps. There is no cold calling.
The Role
As a Client Services Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll provide a helpful and professional experience, gather the information needed to assess their circumstances and prepare suitable cases for our panel of trusted law firms.
Your focus will be on building trust, making the process easy to understand and ensuring every client receives a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with warm, live enquiries from people who have already expressed an interest
- Listen carefully and understand each client’s individual circumstances
- Explain the process clearly and answer any initial questions
- Gather and record case information accurately
- Assess suitability and prepare cases for submission
- Liaise with internal teams and our panel of law firms
- Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy and compliance
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, telesales or a similar telephone-based role
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence when speaking with a wide range of people
- The ability to build rapport and make customers feel comfortable
- Excellent attention to detail when handling case information
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a busy team environment
- A genuine desire to help customers while achieving performance goals
