Job Summary
We’re a small team of creative and interesting people which when combined do amazing things! We started out in photography (hence the name) but have since expanding so our range of products and services is vast. Our customers range from individuals and small businesses right the way through to big multinationals including some household names. We've also won some awards too! Being based in the town centre, we’re a busy shop so the ideal candidate will need to be a quick learner, they’ll need to have superb customer service and be able to thrive under pressure. Daily tasks include printing photographs, taking passport photos, assisting with customers and maintaining a clean shop environment. You’ll then move onto the more skilled jobs including the printing of t-shirts, mugs and canvas. But don’t worry - full training will be provided and you’ll learn on the job. The chosen applicant will be reliable, proactive and possess great communication skills. A knowledge of basic Photoshop would be preferred. Any experience in Illustrator or InDesign would be great but are not essential. An interest in Photography, design and print is also preferred. We’ve survived through tough economic times by offering unbeatable customer service, you’ll need to maintain this reputation by being comfortable talking to the public and pushing all promotions. You’ll be based at our store in Ilford Town Centre.

Responsibilities and Duties
Giving great customer service! Taking orders from customers, completing the order and learning along the way. Getting involved in our social media activities. Being proactive with our online presence. Knowledge of video editing for social media would be a bonus!
Qualifications and Skills
Computer knowledge is essential - being able to use Photoshop and Illustrator. Having experience in customer service is vital.
