Position: Production Operative (Food)
Location: Chichester
Shift: 06.00 - 14.00 Monday - Thursday, 06.00-12.00 Friday
Salary: £26,481.00 per annum

we are looking for Production Operatives with a positive can-do approach to different roles, a willingness to learn and motivation to help us get the best out of everyday.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people, who can work and rotate across multiple production roles and who can work as part of a team, accurately and at speed in a busy environment.
What will you be doing?
Working across production to achieve agreed efficiency targets assisting with the preparation, filling, labelling, packaging and palletisation and movement of product.
· Be able to follow instructions, procedures and complete paperwork as required
· Be able to communicate effectively with the rest of the team
· Be motivated to learn new skills,
· Be comfortable working in a wide and varied team

Requirements
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working in a food production environment (preferred)
