About Us:

Our kitchen delivers freshly made classics, Sunday roasts, and frequent buffets for birthdays, weddings, and community events. We’re now looking for a full time Chef to work along side the team and help us take our food offering to the next level – without the burnout that’s become all too common in the industry.

- The Role:
- You’ll be responsible for:
- running day-to-day kitchen operations
- Working alongside 2 chefs with clear communication and work as a team.
- Creating and updating seasonal menus
- Managing food safety, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness
- Delivering buffets and large group bookings with confidence
- Working closely with front of house for smooth service
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous chef
- Confident running a kitchen as part of a team, maintaining standards, and managing prep
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude
- Comfortable working with event-style food as well as à la carte
- Passion for fresh, good-quality pub food
- Hours:
- 4 days a week (included one weekend shift)
- Typical shift length: 10–12 hours
- No early mornings or late nights (earliest start 9am / latest finish 9pm)

Pay: £33,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
