Fostering Team Manager – Langley, Slough
Salary up to £70,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Sunbeam Fostering Agency is seeking an experienced Fostering Team Manager who will be based at our Langley office covering London & South region to manage and allocate the work, monitor and ensure high standards of performance of the social work team in support of Sunbeam’s objectives and priorities, providing direct support to supervising social workers by guiding and developing their practice.
Successful candidate will be accountable for service excellence
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or equivalent social work qualification. Applicants must also be registered with Social Work England with a minimum of five years’ managerial and supervisory experience in a childcare setting, ideally within a fostering team.
You will be expected to work flexible hours and must have a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car.
