Duties

- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options
- Lead nursing teams during shifts, demonstrating leadership and organisational skills
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatments, and observations
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective patient care
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and organisational policies
- Advocate for patients’ needs while maintaining professional standards of communication and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the relevant regulatory body
- Proven experience in nursing practice, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care standards
- Demonstrated leadership abilities within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and team members
