Job Overview:
Due to continued growth SBC Builders Ltd require a Plasterer to join our existing workforce
The role is for a fully qualified plasterer, proficient in Drylining ,boarding , bonding , rendering and Skim.
Ideal candidate will be skilled at Damp Proofing but not essential.
Works generally involve working in Social Housing Voids and Occupied properties undertaking general maintenance
Other projects will involve working on Private extensions and refurbishments
Sites throughout the North East but generally , Co Durham & Teesside
Requirements -
- CSCS Card Required.
- Own tools required.
- Full UK driving license
- Minimum 5 Years Construction experience
- Social Housing / Refurbishment experience preferred
Benefits -
- £15- £18.00 / Hour (Rate of pay determined by experience)
- 20 Days Holiday + Statutory Bank Holidays
- Company Van & Fuel Card / Or Transport in company vehicle (from central location)
- Progression within company for right candidate
