We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team in a fast-paced food and coffee environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering excellent service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, food, coffee, and working as part of a team. Back of house experience is helpful but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Making coffee and assisting with barista duties when required
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Handling cash and card payments
- Keeping the front of house area clean, organised, and well presented
- Supporting the kitchen team when required
- Helping manage stock and basic food preparation in our small but creative kitchen
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
