Role Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily surveys and engaging directly with clients through on-site visits.
- Fostering the growth and development of a dedicated surveying region.
- Promoting and selling our range of products and services.
- Serving as a technical point of contact for all product-related enquiries.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS A MUST
- Proficient in Timber, Damp, Waterproofing, or Property Surveying.
- Solid understanding of Building Construction principles.
- Sales and development experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about sales with a proven ability to engage and persuade.
- Proficient in technical liaison, both internally and externally.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Certifications like CSTDB is advantageous, but we offer comprehensive training for the right candidates with transferable skills.
