Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Motor Mechanic / Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of cars and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers cars running smoothly, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment to identify necessary repairs accurately.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles in top condition.
- Disassemble and assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools for repairs or upgrades.
- Repair or replace faulty parts including, suspension systems, and electrical components with precision.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to extend vehicle lifespan and ensure safety standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations clearly to clients if required .
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working on various types of vehicles.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools essential for troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to perform lifting safely and efficiently as part of routine maintenance or repairs.
- Knowledge of equipment repair procedures including electrical systems, engines, brakes, and suspension components.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly if required
- Physical stamina for periods of standing, bending, and lifting parts as required.

Hours of business Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
