We’re growing our Glasgow team and looking for an enthusiastic Team Member to join us. You’ll gain practical experience across direct customer-facing sales, live promotional setups, customer acquisition, and brand engagement while developing the professional skills needed for your next career move.
No previous direct sales experience is required. We’ll provide the training, coaching, and support, you bring the curiosity, drive, and ambition.
Get Involved From Day One
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support direct sales campaigns, brand activations, and live venue promotional setups across Glasgow
- Interact directly face-to-face with prospective customers to deliver product overviews and drive account sign-ups
- Assist with active event pop-ups, promotional displays, and direct sales initiatives
- Help gather customer feedback and track campaign sales conversion insights
- Support daily team sales targets, morning briefings, and pitch strategy workshops
- Contribute creative ideas during daily huddles and learn practical customer acquisition strategies
- Help maintain professional brand standards and deliver exceptional customer engagement
- Develop communication, negotiation, objection handling, and commercial sales skills
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a traditional sales background. You might be a great fit if you’re:
- Curious about customer acquisition, direct sales, consumer brands, and business growth
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting face-to-face with diverse audiences
- Target-driven, proactive, and eager to achieve commercial goals
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on your feet during active shifts
- A strong communicator, active listener, and supportive team player
- Motivated to learn, handle customer inquiries, and build a long-term commercial career
