Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temp Part-Time Cleaner to join our team for 9 hours per week, working on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within commercial environments. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and stored securely after use
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to health and safety regulations
