About Oak Court and Oak Farm
Oak Farm Clinic is a purpose built 38 bedded unit which provides a comprehensive service to clients recovering from acquired brain injury and neurological disorders.
Oak Court is a purpose-built care home situated in Taverham, Norfolk that provides en-suite accommodation for 18 residents with neurological conditions.
Responsibilities
Deliver interventions that support our service users with understanding of their health needs, developing purposeful activities and interests
Help to improve individuals skills for independence/confidence
Demonstrate effective clinical record keeping via assessments and reports
Helping to set realistic and achievable goals alongside the service user and families
Required skills, qualities and qualifications
Must have experience working with a neurological setting
Qualified Occupational Therapist
RCOT membership and HCPC registration
