THE OPPORTUNITY
Following recognition in the Michelin Guide in 2025 and 2026, Prince Arthur Belgravia is entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of Prince Arthur Chelsea on Draycott Avenue.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised Marketing Executive to support the launch and continued growth of Prince Arthur Chelsea, alongside an expanding portfolio of new hospitality concepts.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on-site, working closely with venue teams and turning ideas into high-quality campaigns, content, partnerships and guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, venue launches, seasonal activity and key brand moments.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project trackers and deadlines across multiple brands.
- Coordinate with venue teams to gather accurate information about menus, events, promotions and operational updates.
- Manage approved website updates, Google Business Profiles, online listings and third-party platforms.
- Support reservation-led marketing activity across platforms such as SevenRooms.
- Assist with CRM campaigns, customer lists, email scheduling and database management as the brand portfolio grows.
- Support PR activity, including press visits, media requests, guest lists and agency coordination.
- Research relevant partnerships, local businesses, influencers and community opportunities.
- Assist with launches, press events, partnerships, activations and special events.
- Capture informal, behind-the-scenes content from the venues when required.
- Coordinate professional content shoots and maintain photography, video, design and press asset libraries.
- Coordinate the production of menus, invitations, signage and other marketing materials.
- Liaise with designers, photographers, printers, suppliers and venue teams.
- Proofread materials and ensure all activity follows the appropriate brand standards.
- Support marketing administration, invoices, supplier records, budget trackers and reporting.
ABOUT YOU
- 2–3 years’ experience in the hospitality marketing field - mandatory.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- A strong understanding of premium brands and engaging brand storytelling.
- Confident using websites, social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Comfortable capturing high-quality photo and video content on a smartphone.
- Passionate about restaurants, food, drink, design and exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience with Canva, CRM platforms, SevenRooms or website content management would be advantageous.
