Be part of launching a brand-new Liaise service
At Liaise, our values of Positive, Progressive, and Personal are central to everything we do. As an established and growing provider, we're excited to be preparing for the opening of a brand-new service, designed to support six individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism in a warm, welcoming and person-centred environment.
Due to open in early October, this new home presents an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to be involved from the very beginning, helping to create a positive culture, establish meaningful routines and support individuals as they begin their journey in their new home.
We are already working closely with two potential residents. As we carefully plan for the opening, our focus is on ensuring each person receives the right support, tailored around their individual needs, preferences and aspirations.
To reflect the growing demand for high-quality support across the region, we're pleased to offer enhanced rates of pay, recognising the commitment, skills and dedication our Support Workers bring to the people we support every day.
Why choose Liaise?
We know that great support starts with great people, which is why we continue to invest in our colleagues and their careers.
