Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented experienced Lash Artist to join our beauty team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in specialising in eyelash extensions and enhancing clients' natural beauty. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week including Saturdays
Duties
- Application of eyelash extensions, ensuring precision and safety.
- Prepare clients for treatments by explaining procedures and maintaining a comfortable environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and supplies in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends and techniques related to lash artistry.
Skills
- Qualification in classic, hybrid and russian eyelash extensions.
- Qualification or willingness to work towards lash lift certification.
- Experience in Brow treatments, desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Organised, detail-oriented, with a keen eye for symmetry and aesthetics.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in beauty treatments are essential for success in this role. This position provides an excellent platform for aspiring lash artists to develop their skills within a supportive team dedicated to beauty excellence.
Pay: £22.50-£35.00 per hour
