The Role
As a Day Home Care Worker in Grimsby, you will visit people in their own homes and provide personalised support to help them remain independent, safe and comfortable.Your role may include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting with medication routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household tasks
- Following individual care plans
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
About you
You do not need previous care experience.

Essential Requirements
