We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeper to maintain three luxury shepherds' huts located within the grounds of Botley Farmhouse, Wallingham, a popular wedding and events venue.
This is a seasonal weekend role, with work available in line with the venue's wedding and events calendar. It is perfect for someone looking for regular weekend work in a peaceful countryside setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing the shepherds' huts to a high standard
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing toiletries
- Restocking tea, coffee, milk and other guest welcome items
- Vacuuming, dusting and mopping
- Checking each hut is fully prepared for arriving guests
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage
What We're Looking For
- Attendance between 10am and 12pm to coincide the check out and arrivals
- A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location and limited public transport
