Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Handling general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised to optimise workflowExperience
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
- Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
