Summary
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team in Nottinghamshire to supply Preformed coppers to the Assembly Lines and create Radan Programmes for the effective running of the Copper Fabrication CNC Machines.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of machines in accordance with the maintenance
- schedule.
- The efficient operating of the machines.
- Monitoring of scrap and identifying true causes
- Monitor copper bar utilisation and reduction of scrap off-cuts
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement
- Radan previously prepared copper layouts
- To work in a timely manner to achieve production start target dates
- Developing a system based on 3D drawing to enable the fast transfer
- of information into a CNC program
- Attend meetings as required / requested
- Night Shift work will be required to meet operational needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday to Wednesday (Start / Finish):
16:00 - 02:30
Thursday (Start / Finish):
16:00 – 00:00
