Duties
- Drive company vehicles safely to deliver products directly to clients’ locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs, promote products, and close sales effectively.
- Negotiate terms with clients to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining positive relationships.
- Maintain organized routes and schedules using IT tools to optimize daily operations and ensure efficient time management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries, sales transactions, and client interactions for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and share insights on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles is preferred; strong negotiation skills are essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial or large vehicles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly convey product information and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple routes and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations related to driving commercial vehicles.
