We’re a national youth programme for young people who want to:

You don’t need any experience. You don’t need to want a career in policing.
You just need enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to try something new.
From communication and first aid to problem‑solving and teamwork — every session helps build your confidence.
You’ll help with community events, local projects, safety initiatives, and support the people who live and work around you.
Visits to specialist police units, team‑building challenges, parades, volunteering events, and more.
Yes — you’ll get your own cadet uniform, too.
Take part in accredited programmes like the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and other social action projects that look great on college, apprenticeship, or job applications.
Make friends, find mentors, and be part of a group that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
