LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER, COOK & DRIVER – Highgate, London | Private Accommodation
An experienced and positive Live-in Housekeeper is required for a private household in Highgate, consisting of one adult and one child.
The position would suit a capable, well-organised housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a home to a high standard. The successful candidate must be a very good cook and a confident driver.
Role details:
- Location: Highgate, London
- Start date: ASAP (immediate start August 2026)
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Hours: Eight hours per day
- Salary: £50,000 gpa (equivalent of £20 per hour)
- Accommodation: Private bedroom, bathroom and lounge
- Household: One adult and one child
- Pets: None
- Driving license: Yes
Main responsibilities:
- General housekeeping and cleaning
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable and well-organised home
- Preparing nutritious homemade meals
- Driving within London and between London and Kent
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the household
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar private household position
- A very good standard of cooking
- Full driving licence and confidence driving in London
- Positive, reliable and discreet manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent, checkable references
- Right to work in the UK
