We are a busy, community-focused convenience store in the heart of Kimbolton, seeking a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail assistants
- Manage day-to-day store operations, stock control, and merchandising
- Drive sales performance and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and Challenge 25 requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of stock management, cash handling, and EPOS systems
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
- Flexible approach to working hours
