In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring each motorcycle is operating safely and efficiently. Your mechanical expertise will help keep riders on the road with confidence, supporting their passion for biking through expert service and attention to detail. Duties
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and fluid top-ups
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
- Conduct comprehensive equipment repairs to restore motorcycles to optimal working condition
- Use schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and mechanical assemblies
- Assist with the assembly of new motorcycles or parts following manufacturer specifications
- Ensure safety standards are maintained during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting and equipment handling
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance needs, and safety tips to clients
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in motorcycle or vehicle repair
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly processes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling motorcycle parts or equipment
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures for various motorcycle models
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
