Davis-Lumsden Limited are currently looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Carpenter to join our growing team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out new installation and remedial to fire doors within commercial and residential projects.
- Installation of structural timber work to include stud walls, joists, dormers, doors, flooring, skirting, and bespoke joinery
- Kitchen fitting
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical plans, and structural details accurately
- Work closely with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Measure, prepare, and organise materials and work areas effectively
- Carry out finish carpentry, snagging, and final detailing works
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism on site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Communicate regularly with project managers and team members regarding progress, materials, and site requirements
- Travel to various project sites across Bristol and surrounding areas as required

Minimum Experience Required
- NVQ 2/3 Incl. Fire Resistant Doors
- Strong experience in Fire Door Maintenance & New Installation
- Kitchen fitting experience
- Flooring installation experience
- Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and effectively
- Full UK driving licence required
Pay: £16.00-£22.50 per hour

- Kitchen Fitting: 3 years (required)
