As Concept Taverns continues to grow, we're looking for General Managers and Assistant Managers to join our Leeds city centre management team.
We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic, driven and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive on creating memorable customer experiences.

The Role
Whether you're leading one of our established venues or helping shape the future of a growing business, you'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining exceptional standards and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
We're looking for leaders who:
· Know Leeds city centre and understand the local hospitality market.
· Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in high standards.
· Bring energy, enthusiasm and fresh ideas to help grow their business.
· Are commercially minded and always looking for opportunities to increase revenue.
· Lead by example and inspire their teams to deliver outstanding service.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with both customers and their local community.
What we're looking for
General Managers
An experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record of managing a successful venue. You'll take full ownership of your business, driving financial performance, developing your team and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return.
Assistant Managers
An ambitious hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career. You'll work alongside your General Manager to deliver exceptional standards, support and develop the team, and gain the experience needed to progress into a General Manager role.
