Care Response – About us.
We are a professional, well established and growing CQC-registered domiciliary care provider based in Sunningdale, Ascot & Sunninghill. With over 27 years providing high-quality, person-centred at home care & support, we care deeply about the quality of our service, the people we support, and the carers who make that all possible.
We are currently rated Good by the CQC, with a clear plan to achieve Outstanding.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced care professional who is ready to step into a leadership role while staying close to hands-on care.
About the role
We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team and support the Registered Manager in delivering excellent care across the community.
This is a field-based role, so you will spend much of your time out and about visiting clients, supporting carers, carrying out spot checks, reviewing care delivery and helping to maintain high standards across every visit.
You will be a visible and approachable point of contact for both carers and clients, helping to make sure care is safe, responsive, well-led and genuinely person-centred.
The right person will be calm, organised, confident with people, and passionate about supporting both clients and care staff.

- supporting quality assurance and CQC compliance
- helping with new client assessments and onboarding
- providing direct care when needed to support the service
- taking part in the shared on-call rota on a rotational basis
This is a varied role where no two days will be exactly the same. You will need to be comfortable working independently in the community, while also being part of a close and supportive team.
