Late Shift Supervisor – Kidderminster
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 – 22:00

Earning Potential – Salary:
£54,000 – £57,000 OTE (dependent on experience)
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Overview
Lead the late shift at the UK's largest commercial vehicle dealership in Kidderminster. You'll be keeping customers' vehicles on the road through quality, safe maintenance while ensuring your team are working on the right jobs at the right time. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the late shift workshop team – ensuring they are engaged and working efficiently
- Identifying worn and faulty components in accordance with DVSA Standards
- Using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
- Completing customer documentation while working to agreed timescales
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repairs, including wheel alignment and tyre fitting
- Being a brilliant team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach to workloads
- Acting as the first point of contact for the team on shift – keeping customers and the team up to date
What You'll Need
- Level 3 qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI) in LCV and HGV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (essential)
- Proven experience as a Technician – supervisory experience preferred but not essential if you're ready to step up
- Strong communication skills – via email, telephone, and face to face
- Resilience, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Motivated and able to inspire those around you to achieve their best
- Full, current UK driving licence – HGV licence beneficial but not essential
