We are a UK-based full-service agency delivering marketing, advertising, web, app development, creative and media solutions for a wide range of clients.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive office administrator to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, helping ensure projects are delivered smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear and professional.
This is a fast-paced role with communication coming from all directions, so the ideal person must be confident managing multiple conversations, staying organised, and keeping projects moving forward.
No previous experience is required, we are happy to train and develop the right person. What matters most is having excellent customer service skills, strong organisation, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the CRM system fully updated and accurate
- Schedule client meetings, manage calendars and send reminders
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, approvals and required information
- Chase internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time
- Keep clients updated on project progress and timelines
- Attend meetings, take clear notes and track actions
- Support project delivery across marketing, creative, web and media campaigns
- Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up projects
- Support billing follow-ups and invoice chasing
- Handle incoming communication across email, calls, messaging platforms and meetings
- General administrative and operational support

Experience
- No previous experience required, full training and development will be provided
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, account coordination or agency environments is a bonus but not essential

Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
