What We're Looking For
You are:
- A genuine passion for care and a desire to make a real, lasting difference
- Reliable and dependable — someone clients and colleagues can count on, shift after shift
- A caring, empathetic nature, with the patience to really listen to clients' needs
- Accurate and consistent with timekeeping — our clients depend on visits happening when they should
- Honest and truthful, with integrity in everything you do
- Comfortable working independently and using your own initiative
- Willing to work flexibly, weekdays and weekends
Car drivers with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred due to the nature of the role, home care worker — non-drivers will also be considered.
Care experience is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your attitude, heart, and commitment. We provide full training and induction to help you thrive.
What We Offer You
- Competitive pay, which includes mileage and travel time, £14.55/hr
