Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner Assistant Supervisor to join our dedicated team at a Secondary school located on the south eastern edge of Bath.
This role is vital in ensuring our cleaning standards are maintained and our clients' expectations are exceeded, reflecting our company's values of excellence and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Coordinate daily cleaning operations across various sites.
- Assist in training new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist with monitoring supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and inventory management.
- Assist with conducting quality checks and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or requirements.
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience is preferred.
