What You'll Be Doing
- Serving speciality coffee, teas, and drinks
- Preparing food and supporting catering orders
- Creating genuine connections with customers
- Welcoming regulars by name and making people feel at home
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Supporting your teammates during busy periods
- Helping maintain stock levels and presentation standards

Bonus Points If You Have
- Barista experience
- Food preparation experience
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Catering or hospitality experience
But don't worry if you don't tick every box. We can teach great coffee. We can teach our systems. What we can't teach is a genuinely positive attitude and a natural ability to connect with people.
