Taskmaster is recruiting Class 1 (CE) and Class 2 (C) Day Drivers for one of the UK's leading paint manufacturers based in Batley.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation offering consistent weekday work, competitive pay, and immediate paid inductions.
The Role
Class 1 (CE) & Class 2 (C) Multi-Drop
- Delivering palletised paint to decorating centres across the UK
- Curtain-sided vehicles
- Electric pump truck provided
- Up to 10 deliveries per day
Class 1 (CE) Trunking
- Depot-to-depot trunking work available
- Minimal manual handling
- Ideal for drivers looking for straightforward, long-distance work
Shift Details
- Days or Nights
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Minimum 45 hours per week
- Weekend shifts may also be available
Pay
- Class 1 (CE): £17.73 per hour (PAYE)
- Holiday pay accrued separately
- £1,000 joining bonus
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (CE) or Class 2 (C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience (for multi-drop roles)
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
