<p>Minster Cleaning Nottingham is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated <b>Supervisor / Mobile Cover Cleaner</b> to join our growing team.</p>
<p>This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting our customers and cleaning teams across Nottingham and the surrounding areas, ensuring our high standards are consistently delivered.</p>
<p>As part of this role, <b>a company vehicle and fuel card are provided during working hours</b>, so you won't need to use your own vehicle for work.</p>
<p>The Role</p>
<p>You'll be responsible for:</p>
<ul><li>Providing holiday and sickness cover across commercial customer sites.</li>
<li>Carrying out quality audits and site inspections.</li>
<li>Supporting, training and motivating cleaning operatives.</li>
<li>Assisting with new contract start-ups and deep cleans.</li>
<li>Maintaining high cleaning standards across all sites.</li>
<li>Reporting any issues to the Contracts Manager.</li>
<li>Managing cleaning stock and equipment.</li>
<li>Building positive relationships with customers and staff.</li>

</ul><p>What We're Looking For</p>
<ul><li>Previous commercial cleaning experience.</li>
<li>Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence.</li>
<li>Reliable, flexible and trustworthy.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Good attention to detail.</li>
<li>Able to work independently and use initiative.</li>
