Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational financial goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, partners, and potential funding sources through personalized communication and engagement.
- Manage donor databases using CRM software like Raiser's Edge to track interactions, donations, and campaign progress efficiently.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns aimed at raising awareness about our initiatives and attracting new supporters.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, sponsorship requests, and funding applications with clear objectives and detailed budgets.
- Organize and participate in public relations activities, events, and outreach efforts to enhance organizational visibility.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or relationship management within a nonprofit or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of fundraising techniques including grant writing, sponsorship acquisition, and donor engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively convey organizational goals and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in public relations or community outreach is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence in stakeholder interactions.
