About Us
We are a fast-growing, independent cleaning business in Scotland. Our workload is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a reliable, experienced self-employed cleaner to partner with us.
Because we are scaling quickly, this is not just a standard cleaning gig.
The Role & Duties
- Perform high-standard, rigorous deep cleans (pre/post tenancy and houses for sale).
- Maintain a strict "white glove" standard on all finishes (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, woodwork).
- Work independently and hands-on to start, with a fast track to taking on leader duties.
· For the right person, this role is designed to quickly expand into a Team Leader position where you will run sites and manage teams for us.
- Transition into driving a company work van to lead teams and manage property handovers as the business grows further down the line.
Requirements
- Must be registered self-employed with your own UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference).
- Must be aged 25 or over (strictly required for our company van insurance further down the line).
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential for future driving duties.
- Proven, top-tier experience in deep cleaning or end-of-tenancy work.
- Exceptional eye for detail, reliable timekeeping, and a professional attitude.
